Midtown East offers some of the best residential property value in NYC for what one can buy there. Here you have the ability to live in an area that has a true neighborhood feel with some quaint side streets—while only a few short blocks away you can shop in the city’s most coveted stores that attract tourists from all over the world.  The bustling midtown office scene and super high-end hotels bring a high-end bevy of restaurant options that are available to the locals on a regular basis rather than just on special occasions.  Although busy during the day, the evenings clear out nicely and the conveniences are all there in abundance. Midtown East provides access to transportation, garages, and groceries/food/restaurants, with many gyms and specialty fitness clubs popping up all around.  Not to mention, easy access to hospitals and the Animal Medical Center in an emergency, or even a faster jaunt to get out east to The Hamptons for the weekends!  What other neighborhoods have so much to offer where you can find fabulous condos with open views for a reasonable Price Per Square Foot?! This may be the most under-rated area in Manhattan!

Midtown West – Joél Moss, Warburg Realty

Midtown West has the best of everything New York City has to offer: World class dining at some of the city’s best restaurants, the theater district, shopping at Columbus Circle and Central Park. I love the little independent shops and restaurants and that everything is within arms reach. You can have a fantastic meal, a walk through the park and then to the theater district for a show; a quintessential New York evening.
